Project Overview
Year of Arabic Poetry — Lullabies of Childhood
Every melody holds a memory—sometimes forgotten, but deeply felt.
Lullabies are part of our earliest connections, carrying the warmth, love, and tenderness of mothers across generations. Though words change from country to country, the tune remains the same: a timeless song of comfort.
This project brings together a medley of beloved Arabic lullabies from Saudi Arabia, Syria, Sudan, and Jordan—performed in the authentic voices, dialects, and expressions of mothers from each culture. The music is reimagined in an orchestral style inspired by the magical world of Disney, merging regional authenticity with cinematic grandeur.
